I threw together dinner after deciding to subsist on leftovers lol
I took out split chicken breasts so I threw them in a roasting pan with some tri colored baby carrots and red skin potatoes. Added red and yellow fresh peppers for flavor and color. Spiced it up with rosemary, 21 season salute and garlic powder.
