Mmmm, quite tasty I say!
Roast pork, which I put into a Pyrex covered dish, with a cut up Granny Smith Apple. It turned to mush, it's own sugar free apple sauce that I ended up spooning over the sliced roast. Amazing! I'll be doing that trick again!
Cornbread stuffing, with added onions, apples, raisins and sage sausage.
Small green salad, tomatoes, cucumbers,and grated Swiss cheese, topped with poppyseed dressing.
I love having evenings with time to cook.
