I made an egg soufflé, with bits of jalapeño peppers, tiny cloves of garlic and sliced russet potato, with Havarati cheese melted on top. I also toasted two slices of whole wheat toast and slathered on butter and Raspberry jam.
Hot chocolate and water, to drink.
