For breakfast I had sliced strawberries sweetened with mostly Truvia and just a pinch of sugar. This along with eggs done over easy, some sausage links and a little unsweetened almond milk to drink. Right now I'm tumbling laundry and sipping tea so later I'll have the energy needed to kick into gear and pack for tomorrow's trip. This time it's my younger son doing the driving, taking me up to see the neurologist. We haven't spent much time together since the baby was born so it will be nice to have a mother son day, just the two of us.
