I sometimes get up late and miss the traditional way of beginning my day with Breakfast!
So I'm having
Brunch..... today!
I'm making an breakfast dish of russet potatoes, fresh corn on the cob (which I cut off the ear), and diced sweet onion and celery. Once it's browned up nicely, I pour scrambled egg mix over it, then cover it up so it balloon's into an soufflé. Once it's finished cooking, I top it off with Harvarti and Smoked Gouda cheese, to melt on top.
Then I toast two slices of Franz Milk & Honey bread and butter it up good, and top it off with Raspberry Jam.
Cup of Hot Cocoa with sprinkles of cinnamon, to drink!
