I made dinner for the first time in forever...

I made something our family calls hot dish. It's an homage to my recently departed step father who created it when we were kids.

I cooked cavatelli pasta and meanwhile sauteed red onions in a little olive oil and added some spices like garlic powder and 21 season salute. Then added a pound of ground turkey. Sauteed til cooked. Drained the pasta, added the turkey and a can each of fire roasted diced tomatoes with garlic, tomato soup , tomato sauce and drained corn. Typically I add frozen pepper blend but my honey doesn't love them like I do. A little cheese wouldve been good but I never got any. Still was yummy mmm
