Had some hamburger gravy from freezer with a bit of rice and cottage cheese.
I have a few containers in my freezer cuz i used to make large batches and freeze them so i could routinely feed it to my dad as he LOVED bisquits and gravy and he was 89 yo and not 1 pound over weight.Anything to make him eat.
He passed away this june.... so i thought of my dad as i ate!
