GQQD Morning and Happy Sunday to all.....
I've had the little Christmas tree up all year long....my BFF and her husband gave it to me last year, right after I came home from the nursing home. So it's either been on my dining room table or sitting on top of my kitchen refrigerator. ....it's on the dining room table with a unique Nutcracker I found at an yard sale, earlier last summer. I love Christmas, and keep my Christmas tree up all year long as an tinder of friends, family and loved ones.
I can't see well, the new glasses aren't helping much, so until I get back to the eye doctor this week, I will just read from larger print books here at home....and entertain myself with ongoing art projects and correspondence I'm working on.
I dont have any TV here at home, so there's that! LOL
Last night my BFF called me and invited me to share in their big family get together for Thanksgiving. They rent an community hall for their family dinners for special occasion, so it will be nice to spend the Thanksgiving weekend with her family.
I'm treating both of us to go see the Charles Dickens movie over the Thanksgiving weekend, so I'm looking forward to girl time that weekend!
