I’ve been researching online and talked to my doctor, and I started taking 600mg of L-Theanine daily. It has helped my anxiety so much! I really feel a lot calmer with day to day things and I don’t panic as much over little things. I take 2 pills in the morning as soon as I get up, 2 mid-afternoon, and 2 at bedtime.
