I always start my day with water. I'm not the type that can wake up and eat right away. I feel as though my stomach needs to wake up and sometimes it takes awhile to even feel hungry to eat. Even if I were to have a smoothie or fresh juice I wait until much later in the morning which is often closer to noon. So when I say I'm having breakfast it's really lunch.
