Breakfast was cream of vegetable soup (mixed veggies, almond coconut milk, thyme, smoked paprika, and olive oil), with a cup of Earl Gray tea.
Made in the blender, it turns into a thick, rich soup. I add the herbs and olive oil as it's being heated in the pan, which adds a nice appearance (and taste).
It actually turned out real yummy, considering I am having to stay away from dairy (protein), & caffeine until I feel a little better.
I will confess to being a foodie (even when ill).
