Turnip greens (from frozen, sadly. I remember my mom soaking and cleaning collards every New Year's, but I am too lazy.)
Blackeyed peas (just a taste. I hate them.)
I made cornbread for breakfast. So that is done. It would be wasted with such a large dinner. I had it with butter and raw honey and two mugs of tea about 5am. Nice way to start the day.
