Mediterranean Fish...baked, baked beans, and mashed potatoes...neighbor across hall is a retired chef...he does a community dinner every few weeks. He had made me a plate to bring up for lunch today as I missed the dinner last evening.... ...OMG...mouthgasms....had wilted spinach, mini peppers, & cherry tomatoes on top with a seasoning....
