I spent the day yesterday, cleaning out my fridge and cupboards of any food supplies I had on hand. Food that converts readily into sugar. So I'm not sure what I will fix for meals.
As soon as I figure out how to turn quinoa or wild rice into something that tastes like an BLT or southern fried chicken, I'll good to go, lol (or not).
Most likely it will be salad greens, fresh berries.
(no bread, no salad dressing, no pizza).
