Glass Balls 
me thinks my patience is wearing thin [with the landlord] and I'm about to blow the top off my Galileo Thermometer.... 
yet another glass ball has dropped...and there's one in the middle just hovering, reminding me to "keep my cool"..... but I just wonder if the landlord has Glass Balls!!!
