I made an homemade chicken soup with high protein bowtie pasta, an sprinkle or two of wild long grain rice, corn niblets, finely chopped celery, onion and tiny broccoli buds and I used an single dry leaf of basil. The chicken was from the meat dept, and it is pre-marinated in Creole spice, so it's flavorful and very tasty. There's enough for a couple of meals on-the-go, throughout this week.
