Yesterday 3mi walk with a chatty friend...today
8mi through a chilly morning...alone and enjoying
the silence, at least form another's voice...no weights
yesterday nor today...want 34hrs to my days...another
3mi tomorrow...with a quiet Lady...really enjoying
sharing these walks with others though it's taking me
a bit to get used to...smiling
