Tonight I made another small garden salad and I even made my own Tumeric dressing. My garden salad was made from 2 organic Romaine lettuce leaves (torn up gently). A small sprinkling of julienned carrots, Sesame Tahini salad toppers, a small teaspoon of French Feta crumbles, a tablespoon of cottage cheese (on the side of the salad), about four walnut halves, four big blackberries, and a few slices from a baby zucchini and about four sugar snap pea pods.

For the Tumeric dressing:
Blend up one cup of organic Greek yogurt (plain), 1 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 tsp of Tumeric powder, half a packet of stevia powder, a titch of cayenne pepper, ginger and cracked peppercorns. I read that peppercorns help your body to absorb the tumeric. If stevia is not your thing, you can use an tbsp of honey. Store in a covered glass jar and use within seven days (keep it refrigerated too).

I also had a small slice of the artisan garlic bread, topped off with a tbsp of freshly ground peanut butter.

Before 8 pm, I will have my dessert... 1 Crunchy Brownie Think Thin bar.

I've got another quart of water to drink to meet my daily water quota of 1 gallon.
