I had half an cup of rolled oats, with stevia powder, chopped walnuts, 1/8-th cup of organic flax seed powder, and a few blackberries on top. A titch of my new Plant Milk, too.
Diabetes runs in my family and although I'm not diabetic yet, it's all about lowering my A1C number, and drop kicking blood sugar issues to another galaxy (forever).
It was tasty and fulfilled my health care needs, accordingly.
