10 is a good start! I'm just slightly over that but far behind in my 44 by 44 goal, so that's not going to happen. The only thing that helped my knees is glucosamine. I take it twice a day and my knees feel tons better. Maybe it could help in between now and surgery?
I feel good today as I tend to do on days off. lol I've been out and about and half eaten a wee bit too much for lunch, so I am a little sluggish now but will work on some house organization in a little bit.

Thanks, Gemme! Years ago (10 to 12 years) I tried glucosamine and it didn't help much, but my condition has changed. I think I'll try it again. Thanks for the suggestion.
