Took a road trip to Alabama Saturday and came home with the best BBQ in the world. Seriously the pulled pork is so tender and juicy with a smokey flavor it does not need sauce of any kind. They give you sauce (vinegar based) but none needed. It's a tiny little shack, no indoor seating and two picnic tables in the shade. It's in Scottsboro and the only place I go for BBQ. Had it for dinner Sat., breakfast Sun. and dinner tonight with fresh corn on the cob. Key Lime Pie ice cream for dessert. Yum!

Katniss~~ 3 hours each way to get there and worth every minute of the drive.
