It's not OK to collect years and years from folk's paychecks and then want to haggle over claims when they are submitted!

I am so sick of fighting with this bureaucracy!

Today I sat down and wrote them a letter that may or may not do any good! It did good for me at least in the fact that I got to voice my displeasure and vent!
