Wishing the mushroom pie wasn't all gone! It was so good. Oyster and Baby bellas in a stock with thyme, sage, and rosemary cooked in a cornmeal crust. We used to make it with more of a bechamel sauce but my daughter got creative while cooking. Not only was it awesome but I got to come home from work and have dinner waiting for me. This having the kid home for the summer is pretty sweet.

I think tonight will be a flax/almond meal crusted haddock and salad... or it might be a new dish I've been making of shrimp cooked in coconut milk with spicy stewed tomatoes served over basmati and topped with chopped cilantro...
