Baked Delicata Squash, and a few tiny slices of artisan sourdough cocktail bread with Mascarpone cheese. And a small cup of an homemade smoothie (spinach, cantaloupe and fresh pineapple and tofu - rather than dairy yogurt).
Lime jello for dessert (sugar free).
Peanut butter oatmeal cookies, for an extra dessert, if I still have an urge to eat anything extra.
Oh, and lots of water (with crushed ice).
