I finally gave into my curiosity and tried Halo Top (lemon cake) and it was delish. Toasted coconut sounds like my cuppa.
For dinner, I had fresh fruit (pineapple and cantaloupe) with the last of the smoked sausage concoction I made a few days ago and then I went off the rails and had a Friendly's single serve sundae thingy. It was okay. Too chocolately for my taste but I still ate it.
Ice cream is a terrible thing to waste.
