I'm feeling content even if I did waste half the day snoozing. I am rested though, so that's a good thing. I made a big pot of pasta and spaghetti so the house smells like meatless meat sauce, which is very much like the smell of meat sauce. I really don't miss the meat in the spaghetti sauce. I've done it twice now with good results so I feel happy about that. I feel good when I do something good for myself. I also feel like some ice cream, so that's counterproductive but I don't really care.
