Vegan Oatmeal-busy morning so breakfast
for lunch..I chopped up an apple mixed a little maple syrup and lemon juice into it. Sprinkled with apple pie spice and put into an oven @350 til they are a bit caramelized (about 10mins). Meanwhile I put some quick
oatmeal into bowl with some water & almond milk and microwave for about 2 mins. Top
oatmeal with caramelized apple, walnuts and chopped dates and more almond milk (homemade). It was so good
