Terrified. Later today a friend is coming to help me look at my finances because I go into utter blind panic if I try to do so by myself. I'm so scared about what the result might be. And tommorow I have to go to another Universal Credit interview, and that's scary. And I need mental health support and maybe a little practical support for a while, and I'm anxious about applying for that. It's like inside about a month my life has fallen apart from being tough, but heading the right way, to shit I'm not sure I can cope anymore. My moods are up and down like a yo-yo.
