Going to Barnes and Noble....

I had a hankering to read Walden by Thoreau.

Don’t get me wrong.... I derive IMMENSE satisfaction getting books from Amazon.... but the immediate gratification of finding the book and having it to read (I already perused the forward) is so.... satisfying.

And... I also got a magazine (Pioneer Woman’s ) and a book on how to make herbal skin care products. All for under $20!

Yes, I know. I’m going to capitalist hell. I would honestly rather go to small bookstores. That’s all I ever did in Asheville. They just aren’t as much a thing where I live.
