I came home from work on this rainy day and wanted comfort food.
I popped a tray of Traders Joe’s half the guilt Mac n cheese in the stove while I went to take my recycling to the dump. I got a jalapeño out of the garden and diced it in for the last few minutes of cooking. Barely any veggies I know. But wow.... Mac n cheese is amazinger with jalapeño mmmmm
