I'm going to skip supper tonight and instead, opt to have a nice big lunch.
For lunch today, I'm going to graze on an bed of salad greens, topped with Hemp Hearts, raspberries, blackberries, walnuts, and Tempeh crumbles pan-seared in evoo. Baked Delicata squash, on the side. And a couple of heavily seeded crackers, topped with Mascarpone cheese and melted Chao Field Roast cheese.
Water, herbal tea, and Hemp milk, to drink.
