Today I did 30 minutes on the stairmaster.

I ran into an old friend in the locker room. I can't recall her name. She did that running into an old friend thing where you stop and talk, but I didn't have time, so I had to think fast. She said, "How are you?" I laughed and said, "Oh, boy!" She said, "I'm ready for the new year!" I said, "Me too!" Then we both giggled and parted ways. The "oh, boy" was designed to encompass more than there was time to talk about and somehow it worked!
