This is an individual of the feminine persuasion who is given to saying things like "fiddle dee dee" and "ooh shiny." She can often be found in groups of three or more femmes at places like Tiffany's and Cartiers and Sephora's.

Her hair is consistently longer than shoulder-length and her heels are at least 2" high. Preferred colors tend to be bright and vivid jewel tones or light and sweet pastels.

This Femme can be very dangerous if denied bows, ribbons and polish. Please do not attempt to remove shopping bags from this Femme without permission.
