Had a workout with my trainer two days ago and I am HURTING. Oy she did me in. Like I had a hard time mopping the floor yesterday because of how sore my arms and chest are. But I find that if I take a spin class after, it loosens me up and I don't hurt anymore. So that's up on deck for today.
I have two more sessions with my trainer and then I'm on my own, which is good. I have a notebook full of workouts I can do on my own and feel like I can do it

She's been great with teaching me how to use the equipment on the workout floor that I would have otherwise remained intimidated by.
