a bowl of home-made vegetable broth soup with all sorts of vegetables and high protein rainbow pasta (which is organic, veggies too).
two ***very very very ***small slices of rustic bread, with freshly ground peanut butter and topped off with fresh raspberries.
Water to drink.
And a side of evening doses of meds.
