Steamed mini-wedges of green cabbage with Chao Field Roast 'cheese' melted on top; and a few celery sticks filled with freshly ground organic peanut butter; and a few meat-less meatballs to go with the steamed cabbage wedges.
Later on, for dessert: a handful of fresh blackberries and a cup of herbal tea.
