A continuing education seminar. Though I'm not working right now it's still really important to me to keep up to date. In my state when you put your license into inactive status you don't have to take any continuing education classes, but I think it's important, and in the past employers have commented in a positive way about my having done so in the middle of dealing with health stuff. Since J has to do continuing education too , both for her home health aide as well as massage therapist license we're both going to take the class together. Usually these seminars are pretty fun, both interesting and informative.
