my exercise,is really kickin it now

full 80 min power walk
and power weights session everyday,
alt back n chest,with small muscles,like shoulders,biceps and tri's
starting to notice im getting cut
great to see everyone is still going strong
sorry i been slack on commenting

also day 2 no tobacco or sugar
