I picked up a very heavy "object" a couple days ago, my right shoulder/arm has been very painful, with muscle spasms...saw PCP yesterday, got xrays, & ortho referral, and an IM pain injection.
Icing shoulder today, resting in sling the weekend.....
FUN! FUN! FUN! doing everything LEFT handed...NOT!
I need help...lol
