Marsala patties (3), which I pan seared in evoo (the kind that has cloves of garlic to flavor the olive oil); romaine leaves of lettuce, and a splash of that Heinz 57 steak sauce that has A1 steak sauce in it (Thanks for the tip, Gemme!).
To drink: 4 ounces of Pineapple-Mango smoothie stuff; water, and soon -- a cup of herbal tea.
