Happiness is...
Having super nice neighbors: I just love my new home and it's a reprieve from living in a terrible neighborhood for far too long. I'll miss them when I move again next year. I'll make up for it by inviting them over to my new place, one beautiful summer evening. But right now, it's so nice to have wonderful people as neighbors.
