Neighbors in my new neighborhood who honestly like me and don't try to get all up my skirt about my life, where I've been, or being nosy (in general).

Just tonight, one neighbor drove by me after I had just parked the car and they waved the peace sign to me. Then another neighbor saw me struggling with my work bag, carrying it on my own, and they came up to me without one word and took the bag and helped me get it upstairs. It's nice to come home now, now that I have really nice neighbors.

They respect my privacy and I respect theirs. It's just a breath of fresh air, the type of neighbor's I have now, and I feel joy, now that I live in a calmer community of like-minded people. I treasure the gift of my new neighborhood.
