Today I went to the gym after 11 days of not exercising. I had this gap because I got hired for a new job and became overwhelmed with everything I needed to get done. Then I had trouble getting back on the healthy bandwagon. So here I am! I walked to the gym which is about 30 minutes. Then I did the stairmaster for 35 minutes with the pattern:
Levels 7 down to 1, 2 min each level, 2 sets
Level 1 for the remainder of the time
It all felt great.
I hung out for quite awhile in the locker room with Taylor. She took off her bra in front of me which she doesn't usually do. Usually she kind of hides herself and she didn't today.
While we were talking I got like two text messages, and she was a bit harsh on me, saying, "Why do you keep your cell phone on? Do you need the attention?" In my head I was like, "Whoa!" but I said, "Sorry," and switched it off. What was over-the-top is I wasn't even looking down when I received each of the two texts. I was acting as if nothing which I considered to be classy. Furthermore, when I received them she was like, "Is that my phone?" and I had to say, "No, that's my text tone."
She also gave me a bit of a hard time, as she always does, about me eating organic protein chips. Like, yes they are processed but they are still pretty healthy. She always tells me to have a handful of blueberries or some nuts. Today she asked why I eat them. She said, "Are you hungry?" I had to think for a minute, and I said, "I guess it's sort of a ritual." She seemed fairly pleased with that answer. Then she took a look at the nutritional information on the bag and said, "They're not that bad." I felt relieved to have her semi-approval. She was holding but not eating an apple. She said she needs really small apples because regular sized apples are too filling
I love seeing Taylor, and today was no exception.

How long does it take you to row 5K? I've never rowed so I'm clueless.
