Yup! There was some very serious damage to homes and businesses farther north of me.. I don't hear about injuries but it's logical to think there we some. Fortunately, there were no deaths... last I heard. I totally lucked out as one tornado was headed our way and then slid NE and ran through an area where I used to live.

Yup too... those who've lived in Texas longer than I say weather swings we're experiencing in October is unusual.

I feel for you having multiple tornados dropping down in a day. I've seen that having been raised in Central Indiana, and it can be really scary.

Very odd weather for this time of year, though. I'm used to seeing cute Fall dust devils, not destruction.

Good thoughts sent to those dealing with dangerous weather (tornados, wildfires, floods, overwhelming amounts of snow and of course those still trying to recover from hurricane damage).

We will soon start getting our quota of winter weather.
