I first had a small Carrot Cake cupcake with vegan, non-dairy 'cream cheese' frosting, which was sweetened with stevia; then I had half a cup of organic rolled oats with chopped walnuts and chunks of freshly cubed mango with Oat 'milk' 'creamer'.
Oats and Carrots, first thing every morning, nearly every day.
