I deeply believe that one of the best things we can do for our health is cook ourselves good foods at home - "real meals" - and avoid processed and mass produced foods.
I had:
- baked chicken
- mashed potatoes with gravy
- broccoli, rice and cheese casserole
- green beans
- applesauce
- gingerbread cookies
