Same here: Just got back from a leisurely walk (2 miles).

Some neighbor friends of mine were going to help me carry my bike downstairs and help me get up on it, but I still cannot get my one leg to lift on its own, without help. Plus, my lumbar section is like frozen in place or something. It's like the muscles have not forgotten the traffic crash that crashed my lumbar section.

Everything takes time, but I am glad I can walk on my own.
