Actually, it's possible. Unless you video your sleep, you don't know for sure if you are actually moving your arms up and down. A lot of people sleep with their arms above their heads. The average person moves 13 times an hour during sleep. Some move more than 100 times per hour. Maybe you fidget in your sleep?
I woke up like that once. It was weird, because I'm not one of those people. Usually, I'm tucked under the covers like a human burrito. It would be interesting to see what Fitbit says I do when I sleep (but not so much as to actually pay for it).
I'm just under 5000 steps today. I've spent a LOT of time sitting in waiting rooms today.
