I have Good News and I have Bad News.
The good news is that yesterday, for the first time since I got pneumonia, I was able to walk all the way from my desk to the restroom without having to sit down for a break at the elevators. That's about 150 steps in all, whereas when I took a break at the elevators I was making it about 100 steps before I had to take a break. Go, me!
The bad news is that it looks like the fitbit is not going to work out for me. I walk with a rollator, and the fitbit doesn't record the steps I take while I'm holding onto the rollator.
I'm interested in the phone apps that record steps. Which ones do you all use?
