I am making vegan lasagna in my crockpot. I eat cheese but poor Pete can’t eat any dairy.

I made delicious ‘chorizo’ stew with squash when we had a snow day. I really want to serve it with hominy, but the coop doesn’t carry it.

I can order order groceries online, and Pete can pick them !
